4. Payment Information

Payments for Play X bookings are processed by a third-party payment gateway/payment service provider. Sensitive payment details — including your card number, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or other payment authentication details — are entered directly into your payment gateway/payment service provider’s own secure payment page or app, and are handled by that provider under its own privacy and security policies. Play X does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank account credentials, or other payment authentication details. What we receive and store is limited to payment/order identifiers and the status of your payment (for example, paid, pending, or failed), which we use to confirm and manage your booking.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Our payment gateway partner(s), to process your payment;
• Infrastructure and technology providers who help us run our website, booking system, and communications (for example, cloud hosting, email, or SMS/OTP delivery); and
